• Workout Challenge at Home: A 1-Week Beginner Kickstart Plan

    Welcome to your 1-week beginner workout challenge designed to kickstart your fitness journey from the comfort of your own home! Each day focuses on a different muscle group and incorporates a variety of low-impact exercises to ensure you remain engaged and motivated throughout the week.
